ORDERS – All orders must be in writing. We are not responsible for errors due to unclear, illegible, or conflicting instructions. We do not accept faxed orders or faxed art. Please email orders to [email protected] or call Regina at 817-291-5670.

REORDERS – We retain art & copy on orders shipped within one year. To expedite reorders, please provide a sample of the previous match cover, indicate the invoice number and your previous purchase order number. Previous orders older than two years are treated as new orders, and must include all appropriate artwork, and are subject to regular charges.

RUSH ORDERS – Orders are normally shipped as quickly as possible. Rush orders are only accepted if production schedules allow and please contact your customer service representative for rush charges that apply.

TYPESTYLES – A typestyle may be specified at no charge from the list of typestyles on back cover. If a typestyle is specified that is not offered, we will match the customer’s request as closely as possible. When ordering, refer to type selections.

DISTRIBUTOR ID – Distributor ID (tagline) is required and is provided as a free service. No credit available for discrepancies.

MECHANICAL SPECS – See Templates, Dimensions and Order Forms for dimensions of imprint areas.

OVER/ UNDER RUNS – We attempt to ship every order exact. Designs are subject to a plus- minus 10% variance.

PAYMENT TERMS – Cash in advance for new customers, including estimated freight, unless prior credit arrangements have been made. Cash in advance orders are not placed into production until art is approved and payment is received. Credit cards accepted. C. O. D. – No C. O. D. orders accepted.

FREIGHT – All shipments are FOB factory. FOB and freight rates subject to change. House freight carriers is UPS, and a few common LTL carriers

PRINTING METHOD – Digital Production color printing with CMYK + 5th station gamut extension.

MINIMUM ORDER – 5000 piece minimum. Lower than minimum is available with our Small Quantity Program.

CANCELLATIONS – If an order is cancelled prior to completion, customer is responsible for 100% of assembled product, 75% of any printed stock, or 50% of any unprinted product. If your order is cancelled in the first 48-hours, there is no charge incurred. If your order is cancelled for any reason, after the first 48-hours, a refund is not guaranteed. If your order is canceled at time of shipment, customer may be subject to additional disposal fees.

 

 

ART TOUCH-UP – Starting at $20.00 (x)

CURVED TYPE – $15.00 (Type-only orders)

BASIC PROOFS – $20.00 (x)

CLIP ART – Clip art and national trademarks are supplied at no charge. Upon request we will fax copies of available clip art.

 

ARTWORK – Submit legible copy (clearly printed or typed). We take no responsibility for errors due to illegible, unclear, or conflicting instructions. Artwork submitted should be black and white line- art. Laser printer or electronic output will be considered camera- ready if the DPI resolution is 600 or better. Faxed artwork will not be accepted. Unless otherwise requested, all artwork and/ or text will be resized to fit imprint area.

ART CHARGES – Art submitted needing any additional touch- up will incur an art charge. The charge will be based on the time spent converting to camera- ready art. Some standard art charges, in addition to the customer logo set- up charge of $25.00 (g), are:

PHOTO REPRODUCTION – Submit a glossy black and white original print no larger than 5 X 7 inches. Pre-screened photos are not acceptable.

 

COLORS – Colors may vary slightly from the illustrations in this catalog. We reserve the right to use either the imprint color or black as the inside print ink color.

PROOFS – Black and white proofs can be supplied for a $20.00 charge. Proofs are mailed out 2-3 working days from receipt of order. Black and white proofs may be faxed; however, supplier is not responsible for proofs approved with errors due to illegibility of faxed copy. Orders with proofs not approved within 20 days will be billed for cancellation and proof charges. A no-charge color proof is provided with every new order. Because of complexity and our attention to detail, please allow 3 working days in our office for proof production. Proofs not approved after 20 days will be subject to a $40.00 proof cancellation charge. Proofs are laser printed. Proofs are printed from standard office equipment, colors may vary please note an specific color pantone. Specified PMS colors are shown separately Four color art work may appear differently from the way it is printed are sent via U. S. Mail.
